NLP is a highly effective linguistic intervention capable of enabling people to make significant improvements in their personal and professional life.

What is NLP?

Neuro refers to the neurology of our five senses by which we take in information from our environment. We use the processes of deletion, distortion, and generalization, and other filters to then create our version of reality. NLP works with each person’s “map” of reality.

Linguistic refers to our need to convert sensory impressions into language in order to make sense of them and to communicate them to others.

Programming refers to our ability to create and execute sequences of sensory impressions that produce specific outcomes for us.

How does it work?

NLP practitioners are able to assist people to create new programs for success, alter old programs to increase success, help people to modify their internal language patterns to produce more success, and work with how individuals store details of the five sensory impressions, helping to make changes that will lead to more success.
